Gia helped us buy our first home, we can't recommend her enough, she was personal, honest, and super helpful, she was always available for any questions. We didn't know anything about buying a home whatsoever but her vast knowledge of how things work made the whole process so easy for us from day 1 until closing. Her recommendations for inspectors, mortgage, attorney were also spot on and we're thankful we worked with her network of contacts. We're so happy in our new home and so glad we trusted Gia to be our agent.

Our situation was a bit unique (viewing and offer on a home Gia was representing from overseas, during a global pandemic, and without an agent of our own), and Gia handled it professionally and in stride as if it was just another day at the office. She posted a home on Zillow, we found it within minutes, and she set up a virtual tour with the owners within the hour. The next morning we put in an offer and the rest is history! We're now back in NY (after almost a decade away) and moving into our new home and we couldn't be happier. Gia was so helpful with setting us up with an amazing lender, inspector, lawyer, everything. We basically just had to sign paperwork. It was the best experience out of 3 home purchases by far, no contest.
