Ghislaine Villeneuve

Ghislaine started out as my realtor but by the end of my year long home search, she was much more than a realtor for me. She is now an awesome, personal friend of mine. It is so tough to find a nice, affordable home in today's market, but Ghislaine walked with me through each and every step of this crazy process. Her expertise and superb skills gave me the advantage of being able to always be one of the first to see a home when it comes up on the market. I felt like she was reading my mind! She quickly picked up on the style/location I liked and even before I saw the home, she would know exactly what I would like and dislike about it! She was ALWAYS so in tune with what I was looking for! Also, she was always so quick and responsive, which is a MUST in today's housing market. Her experience, skills and persistence definitely played a role in me being able to get the winning bid for the the perfect home I was looking for. Most importantly, her focus was always on me, not the sale of a home. Her sincere concern and honest opinions is what makes her more than just a realtor.

Ghislaine is a phenomenal realtor to have on your side. She has extensive real estate knowledge which she used to guide as through an insane seller's market to find our perfect dream home. In addition to that, her consistent communication with us and other agents ensured that we were always seen by other parties. While offer rejections are increasingly common in a seller's market, her positivity and determination for improvement pushed us to be a step closer among dozens of other offers. Even after our offer was accepted, she continued to secure our demands and best interest through the negotiation process. We couldn't have found our home without her by our side.

Where do I even start….Ghislaine is the Michael Jordan of realtors. My wife and I decided to sell the house and after looking at her reviews, decided to give her a call. We knew from our initial conversation that Ghislaine would be the one to get this done for us. Since this was my first home and first time selling, I had a million questions and she answered all of them. She was always available. I have heard many horror stories of people who chose the wrong realtor especially in Orange County as the homes here sell itself, but Ghislaine said no I am going to get you the most $$$ and that made me happy. You still need an agent that is on their A game. If you are going to pay the fees so you might as well get a good agent. She was extremely patient and fought for us every step of the way. We had multiple offers on our home and she gave us her recommendations on who to go with and how to navigate choosing the right offer to accept. You can’t go wrong with Ghislaine.
