What was most impressive is that she handled everything for me; all I had to do was sign the documents and pay a couple of bills. Ghada is intelligent and conscientious and also very nice. She explained things in advance and gave me all the choices and never pressured me. When Ghada had to leave town for a family emergency during escrow, she made sure that an associate took good care of me in her absence, and Ghada still monitored things by email while she was gone.
