Gerson made the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home go extremely smooth. There were several issues (that had nothing to do with Gerson) in coordinating the sales of multiple homes that all had to close at/near the same time that drove me crazy... BUT, Gerson took control all of the challenges himself so I did not have to worry at all. Even though that occurred, he allowed my view of things to go extremely smooth. My wife and I are so grateful for everything Gerson did to make our experience of not only selling our home, but finding and buying a new one at the same time, a smooth one.
