Hi, Initially I was assigned an agent via Zillow. My sister recommended Gersha. When Gersha contacted me I was very direct with my expectations. I told her "if I called or leave a message, I need you to respond at your earliest convenience even if it mean to say I will return your call in ___ minutes". I explained that I expect you as well to be direct and honest and to provide your opinion of what may be in my best interest. Because this is my first time purchasing a home, I will rely on your expertise and patience. Gersha exceeded my expectations. She is very responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. She responded within minutes to my messages, scheduled meeting times for each process along the way which included: the Offer, the pre-approval, the Closing process, the Inspection and negotiations, the Appraisal, the final walk through, closing funds, utility change over, and the handover of the keys. Each step was explained as though Gersha wrote the book "The Guide to Buying a Home for Dummies". Gersha also provided resources. When I felt overwhelmed or anxious, Gersha talked me off the cliff.
