I don’t care what she tells you, do what Gerry says. She knows exactly what she’s doing on both sides from selling to buying. Gerry helped us buy our dream home in what is the most insane market I’ve ever seen, and she also helped us sell a rental property by telling us exactly what needed to be fixed and how to present the home. She’s also incredibly pleasant and kind, but will fight for you without hesitation. You always know Gerry is on your side. I would definitely ask her to buy/sell again in the future if needed!
