I recently purchased a property in Fort Lauderdale. This is the second instance I worked with Gerry Kierstead and this is the second time I could not have been more pleased. Gerry is a consummate professional. She is detail oriented, super responsive, and extremely knowledge regarding the real estate market in FL. My permanent residence is out of state and there were many times I needed Gerry’s assistance to complete the deal. Each time, she was happy to step in. Gerry’s strong moral character and trustworthiness was an invaluable asset during my home-buying experience.

Gerry was amazing!! I work a job with very late hours and my husband is often out of town for work- and Gerry was able to accommodate our crazy schedule! She was able to schedule late showings, second showings for my husband, and weekend showings immediately after we were interested in a property! She always responded immediately to our inquiries and questions, and she did her absolute best to aggressively pursue every property we were interested in. She is professional, knowledgeable, and she was able to get us an amazing deal on our property. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing realtor!!

Words can’t explain Mrs. Gerry Is the best there is she gives her job everything there is no realtor, out there that can compete with her. If anyone is ever looking for a realtor I would tell everybody Mrs. Gerry Kerstead, is the one.
