Gerry and Trent helped my wife and I purchase our first home. It will honestly be hard to put into words how phenomenal they were for us in the home buying process. We really were blown away by the gratitude that they showed us. It was truly amazing I'll start out by noting that we didn't have the easiest home buying process. Before we eventually closed on our dream home we saw countless homes, made offers on 3 other homes, and had 2 of those accepted. However, on the first 2 offers that we had accepted we bumped into a couple of issues on each inspection, just weird things that you couldn't have seen coming. My wife and I were pretty bummed out both times it happened to say the very least. But Gerry and Trent always remained positive and reassured us that everything would eventually work out, and most importantly, they gave us the right advice. I think that I personally wanted to move forward on both the homes just because I wanted to close on one so bad. Both times it would have been the wrong decision to make. Had Gerry and Trent not sat down and given us their expertise there's a very good chance we would have ended up in the wrong home with a variety of issues that we would have to deal with... It would have been easy for them to let us make the wrong decision and close the sale, but they didn't. Both Gerry and Trent truly cared about my wife and I and made sure that we knew everything that we could possibly need to know before we made the biggest purchase of our lives. I'm so grateful that we had them as our realtors. Working with Gerry and Trent truly was a joy. They are two of the most kind and genuine people I've ever come across, and they are without I doubt the best real estate professionals I've ever met.

Gerry has helped us purchase and sell three homes. The last of which was very complicated and presented many hurdles. Gerry anticipated each hurdle and held our hand every step of the way...making the process seamless. She helped us through each decision and provided advice that allowed us to proactively tackle each obstacle. I can honestly say that I have not experienced one issue with the home buying process and I believe this can be attributed to Gerry’s expertise.
