Gerry helped my sister and me to sell a piece of property in the Oakland hills. From the get-go he made insightful recommendations on pricing, marketing and advertising to help make sure the right "eyeballs" were on the listing. And clearly it worked, as we had a couple of really strong offers within 10 days of posting the listing!
