Gerrit is a knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and professional Broker. He really took the time to get to know our needs and wants in the home buying process and reminded us of them when even we forgot. Any questions we had were answered in less than 24 hours. My husband and I highly recommend using Gerrit Stukkie as your Real Estate Agent and Broker.
All issues were handled to make the sale a success. Also, supported the Seller to sign on line documents and scheduled the closing for my part at my residence along with a Notary (helped me as a 24/7 homecare provider).
Gerrit was very flexible and working with us throughout the purchase of our home. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home .
Gerrit helped us with our first home purchase. He really went the extra mile to make sure we got a home we would be happy with.
Gerrit started helping us look for a home in early 2018. We found a couple we liked, but never enough to make an offer. He gave solid advice on what repairs might cost and which things weren't deal-breakers. Ultimately, we went with a new construction home. He was there to help us through every step, and came to do a final walk-through with us before we closed on our home. We have recommended him to other family and friends in the area happily.
Gerrit has 2 properties for sale and sold 15 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
