I give German a 5 star review but if I could give it 100 I would. He helped us fulfill the American dream. Renting for over 18 years we were finally able to buy our house. Before meeting German, I worked with more than 4 realtors and placed more than 10 unsuccessful offers. Our lease was less than 30 days away to expire and we had to renew it but German told us not to and assured us that in less than 2 weeks we would be under contract. It was hard to believe because of everything that had happened to us and especially because of how the market is but 7 days later we were under contract and we couldn't believe it. I recommend German as a Real Estate Agent for anyone who wants to buy or sell their house. He is honest and provides 5 star customer service. Even when you lost hope German will make it happen for you! ??????????
