Gerik is a great Real Estate professional, who helped us navigate buying a house during a very difficult time. He is extremely responsive and worked hard to ensure that we saw all of the houses we wanted to. He was pro-active in letting us know when new houses that met out criteria became available. He was also very flexible with scheduling viewings and ensured everything fit our schedule. It was a pleasure working with him during our search.

I found Gerik through a friend who was currently looking for a house and said great things about him. I reside in Dallas, TX and Gerik has been amazing in helping me make my home purchase as seem-less as possible. Since I live so far away I did not want to have to travel back and forth multiple times and just look at unqualified properties. He was able to do his due diligence in helping with my search via text, email and phone. He was always reachable and extremely detailed with his research and answers to my questions. I actually ended up putting an offer in on a house that he took a video walk through of that I couldn't visit. I knew the house would probably be sold prior to me being able to visit. With his experience in negotiations he made some recommendations on how to set up the terms of the offer and why it was accepted by the buyers. Aside from being a good RE agent, Gerik is just a nice and honest person. Throughout the whole process he shared his knowledge and experience with me to make sure I was an informed buyer and always looked out for my best interest. I am a BIG fan of him and I highly recommend him!
