Geri knew exactly what she was doing. She felt unsure about one buyer and advised me to pass and I didn't listen and that buyer backed out. Always trust her instinct, she's been in the game much longer than you. In the end we found the perfect buyer, first weekend listed and it couldn't have gone smoother (other than the above). I'd recommend her to anyone looking :)
