We decided to sell our home because we were relocating. I chose Geri as our real estate agent because I worked with her on my last home purchase and everything went perfectly. Geri is tenacious, extremely thorough, has impeccable follow up and is always available day or night to answer questions. She was also very helpful with helping me to decide what to change/keep about our home as we were getting it ready to sell without being overbearing at all. Geri was also very patient with us and helpful as my husband and I agonized over what price to list our house at... We are very grateful for her experience and attention to detail when it came to reviewing comps. I have sold/purchase 5 homes and if I had met Geri sooner I would have used her for every single sale/purchase. I would definitely reccommend her to friends and family!
