Gerhard Jakobeit

We met Gerhard when we called from Maryland about a house we saw on Zillow. We flew down the following weekend to look at the house. As it turned out, we didn't care for that house. He was extremely helpful, adjusting his search to what we decided we needed to look for. We changed from a 3 to a 4 bedroom house, so we could have room for office as well as room for family to visit. The very next day, we were on the hunt for another house. After looking with him at 3 different houses, he found a house which would be available to look at that evening after the owners were home from work. We fell in love with it as soon as we walked in! The next day, he came to our friends house where we were staying to fill out the contract. As we had never purchased a preowned house before, he was very helpful in explaining what we were signing. Since we lived out of state, he was extremely helpful in arranging all the things that needed to be done while we were gone, like the inspections & title company. After settlement, we had an issue with something that should have been caught in the inspection. He arranged for the repairs to be made in our absence. He called us when it was found that our pool service hadn't taken care of the pool correctly. Because of him calling, we could arrange for it to be corrected before we moved down. This made it pleasant to come "home" to a few days later!! I think when & if we purchase another home in the future, we will look to Gerhard to help us.

Gerhard and his team provided great attention to detail and strong knowledge of the market in our area. He brought great insight to the buying process in a very competitive market.
