Gerard helped the reviewer sell this property

Great realtor for selling your house when you are living states away.

Gerard McManus was a wealth of knowledge helping us to get our house on the market quickly, and then how to speed up the process, by completing tasks ahead of time. The task of water testing, and for us septic inspection. This allowed the buyers to see that our house was ready to move into and that there wouldn’t be any delays while waiting for tests results. His supportive staff for taking pictures of our house, and preparing us for closing was top notch. This was especially important to us, as we were several states away. Like his slogan states, put his years of experience to work for you!
