Both Jerry and his staff were very easy to work with. Usually getting back on any questions or issues very quickly. He gave me good referrals on things like Estate Sale helper/manager, repairs workers and radon abatement. He made a good suggestion on one thing that could be done rather inexpensively to improve the interior presentation. Two areas I would hope he works on are: some of Jerry‘s texts were cryptic or answered the wrong thing. I don’t think people mind working with support staff if the broker or licensed realtor is very busy at that time, but he should get back later to confirm and keep in touch. I started using a group email with Ronda. His support person to make sure that the message was understood and they responded. Another thing is I believe the first asking price was way too high for the comps in the area. I had to lower the price three or four times before we got lots of showings and viable offers. Otherwise a very good experience. You know someone is doing their homework when the settlement meeting takes only 20 minutes or less.
