We successfully closed the sale of the home of Wayne & Marti Huizenga, owners of The Miami Dolphins (last list price $17.2 million). After acquiring the land (sometimes infill, sometimes raw) my builders developed Vista Las Olas (a five story waterfont condo building with seven luxury residences and five dock spaces), Las Olas Landings (a five story waterfront condo building with 14 luxury residences and 10 dock spaces), Portaluna (a Lake Ridge townhomes development with nine residences), Dockside Village (a waterfont townhome development of 15 residences with 15 docks), Villa Portafino (a 4.88 acres infill project with 118 townhomes), Rarity Bay (49 homesites) and Rarity Mountain (20 homesites) outside Knoxville, Tennesee and others.
