He’s extremely knowledgeable about real estate the entire process, including mortgage and everything that you need to know for the NACA program. He was truly a pleasure to work with, extremely reliable, and he always answered. He was on top of everything and worked very closely with us through the process. He is absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a realtor to work with Mr. Gustinvil , he really went to bat to negotiate and to renegotiate and to draft the contracts and made sure that we got an amazing deal. Gerard offered guidance and patience during the homebuying process. As a NACA agent, he offered great guidance based on the NACA guidelines and various criteria to be met. The process was a challenge; however he made it doable. Gerard was the ultimate professional and went over and above to complete and explain each step during the process. Very Professional and instructive based on needs

Gerard helped make my home buying process so much smoother. I’m so happy that I was able to work with him right at the start of the switch to the rise of the current 2021 sellers market. Gerard made sure that I did not settle for homes I did not want and additionally made sure he worked closely with the sellers Realtor to get me what I deserved as the purchaser. With the Naca counselors being so bogged down with so many different people, Gerard did a great job at helping to make those final connections to information and process when counselors weren’t available. Once we started the process for looking for the home, Gerard become one of the most responsive people in the process, helping to ease excitement when things would come up. I would recommend Gerard to anyone, he really is what helped make my purchase process seamless.
