She was so good that she had a prospective buyer even before the property was listed. That buyer didn’t work out but another one was lined up shortly after. Geri was also helpful with recommendations in order to maximize the offer price. Once the buyer offered, Geri negotiated with our best interest in mind and got the price we wanted. Overall, a wonderful process from a wonderful real estate agent.
