Gerry has been a fabulous partner as we hunted for a new home. She completely heard us regarding our interests and constraints. Many brokers ignore constraints, but Gerry took on the challenge and helped us identify a lovely cape home near the water for us as we downsize. She offered common sense advice along the way, and helped us navigate conversations involving the sellers to finalize the sale. On top of that, Gerry showed up for every little appointment- inspection, appraisal, site visits, etc. It was easy to get in touch with her, and she was smiling every time we met. Gerry's warmth was so infectious that our general contractor asked her for help finding him a new home. We would recommend her without qualification.
