We are very detailed buyers, always asking questions about every little concern so we can understand the workings of a property and the logistics of the transaction. Geraldine did what she said she was going to do, and was extremely thorough. When there was a property we would visit, she always arrived early and surveyed the scene, explored the surroundings, and asked numerous questions of the seller and their agent, often discovering facts which were difficult to elicit or notice. We were able to find the right place for us, and she made sure to have the seller do the necessary repairs before closing. She knows the market well and is a valuable resource.
