Overall, it was a pleasant and friendly experience. It was a hot market, indeed. Thank you, Geraldine, for serving as a resource and for introducing to us the several communities before my family ultimately settled down at Alicante. As first-time homebuyers, we have learned a whole lot about real estate. Personally, I have learned that time is of the essence, and I ought to be watchful of ALL the specifics. Little did I know, I started following platforms (even took training lessons) associated with the US real estate market. I can therefore say, I am more equipped and knowledgeable about home buying when the time comes that I buy my very own. For now, we are happy enjoying all the amenities Alicante has to offer: walking distance to the shopping centers, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations, dental offices, barbershops, salons, banks, auto shops, and more (literally at the back of our house!). A few minutes away from the Bart station is a huge plus too! An area of improvement I can think of would be constant communication and then follow-up in a timely manner, so to speak.
