We worked with Geraldine to purchase a home in Barefoot Bay. It was a long process - started in February and finally closed in August! Most delays were due to the fact that the home was in probate so waiting on courts, etc. She was very supportive through the process and encouraged us to stick with it. Geraldine was very good about responding to us when we reached out to her to find out where we were in the process. Very friendly and enjoyable to spend time with when we were in the process of looking at homes.
