Biggest challenge for non-professionals is the paperwork. Geri was outstanding during the entire process of selling my house; listing, contract negotiations and the dreaded paperwork/documentation. Seamless process which was wrapped up without much fuss. She knows the business and she kept me updated throughout the sale cycle. She has done multiple sales transactions for me. I cant think of anyone better for all future transactions. Extremely positive and detail oriented and the wit/laughter is the icing on the cake.

Could not have asked for a better realtor. Great personality, knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Also made sure I was comfortable and that I understood everything that was transpiring. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a good and considerate realtor.
