We just can't say enough good things about Gerry! To put it simply he is the best realtor we ever had! We had 2 different realtors for 2 years prior to Gerry that couldn't sell our home. Gerry then contracted with us and had 3 offers in a couple of months and sold our home soon after. Gerry works very hard to find prospective buyers with Sotheby's superior marketing coverage. He always keeps you up to date on the sale on your home and makes sure he is there for all showings to promote your home even with prospective buyers agents.
