Within a few days we began getting market listings for our areas of interest. Jerry responded positively when we asked to expand our search area and to narrow our search criteria somewhat. Jerry was very accommodating with his schedule in a way that made him available for us to see multiple homes on each visit since we lived 90+ minutes away. Jerry was great to deal with both for selling and buying. This is the second time we worked with him (once 12 years ago to buy our first home) and now to sell our starter home and buy our forever home. He was with us every step of the way, always explaining things to us, communicating anything that came up, contacting people to speed the process along, etc. He always offered great advice and suggestions and his personality makes it easy for everyone to be around him. He definitely made a process that is supposed to be stressful feel pretty easy, and we were able to get our dream house in a crazy market.
