Gerald was a godsend in helping us sell our Upper West Side apartment. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, has depths and depths of experience, is super creative in his approach, has phenomenal insights and gives helpful, sage advice. In addition, he is highly skilled in calming the inevitable nerves that come up in the process. He also has an endless sea of professional referrals for all of the random things that can come up during a sale. We had a weird wrinkle with the DEpartment of Buildings that had nothing to do with us brut was a major obstacle. Gerald and the expeditor he recommended really navigated us out of a sticky situation.
Gerald was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about our building and Chelsea. He would keep me updated on what was happening in the neighborhood that may impact my sale. He was very helpful in preparing my unit for sale and then getting it ready for the new owner where I was not required to do much.
