Gerald Cadoree

Mr Cadoree is an astute professional. Gerald was not only professional, but patient as well. He took his time in explaining the process of the home sale to us so that we understood it clearly. He also made himself available outside of work hours, which we really appreciated. Everything he said he was going to do, he did and exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate for a moment to use his services again or to refer him to others. I found him to be most Trustworthy. Zita Yanick

Gerald is a wonderful realtor! He helped us find a rental on very short notice. He was very quick to respond to any questions and found us great homes to choose from. He also was wonderful at helping us negotiate our lease into something that was a perfect fit for our family. He was able to work out all the details with the landlord so we were able to focus on moving across the country and was able to walk straight into our new home. We definitely pan to use Gerald again!

I might sound like a commercial but this guy is what you would call a superstar realtor. When I first met Gerald I did not even have a pre approval . Although I wasnt preapproved he took his time to show me property after property (something that my own family members that are realtors wouldnt even do). Then I told myself let me get pre aporoved so this guy wont think im not serious. Well I got preapproved and Gerald applauded me. Well to cut it short. Gerald is more than just a realtor. He acted as a friend, advisor, inspector and lawyer all wrapped in one. Always looked for my best interest and went above and beyond. Always a step ahead of things. He would show properties and look for any little flaw and would tell you straight up he dont reccomend that home. Hes not there to just sell you a home. Hes there to get you your dream home. Of course at your budget. Wouldnt we all want a million dolar mansion. Well from start to end I was never alone. Gerald was there every step of the way. Hes very patient and responds at any time, eager to help with whatever questions you may have. I could go on and on. Simply, thanks Gerald for making my home buying experience the best.

He is very professional he helps his clients the best he could and not many are as congenial as he. I would greatly recommend him. He strives for his clients to be happy and is available at all time when you need him.

Gerald was an invaluable resource in helping my husband and I find our rental home all the way across the US! He kept us up to date and gave his honest opinion and review of properties we couldn't see in person. He was responsive, thorough, and trustworthy. We highly recommend his services!
