Georgina sold our home in Gonzales for us. She was fabulous! She’s patient and explains everything thoroughly. She gives you realistic expectations (if your house is only worth $200k, don’t expect to get $800k for it). She works hard to get you the best price possible for your home. She will also advise you after your sale. My husband and I moved out of state, so she couldn’t help us buy our next home. BUT when we reached out to her after moving (our agent in our new state went AWOL) she gave us some names of agents to work with in our new state and then when I had some questions on a real estate transaction we were doing, she looked over some paperwork that concerned me and was willing to advise us (while also being transparent that she was not familiar with the rules/laws of our new home state). I highly recommend her!

At each step in the whole process, Georgina came through with their commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first-rate – she consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Georgina was and is such a blessing to my family and I. We highly recommend her.
