After just getting married, my husband and I had the grand idea of purchasing house in the middle of the pandemic because we took notice of how low the rates were and also wanted to have a place of our own. When the search began, I had two people recommend Georgia Essa from Round Table to my husband and I! When we first spoke with Georgina over Zoom, she asked all the questions you could imagine about what exactly my husband I were looking for in a house. After several appointments, lots of emails, and many hours spent on staring homes online, we started to feel a little defeated and honestly extremely picky! I felt like our standards were too high for I started to feel like a bother to Georgina but she didn’t stop! Within A DAY, yes A DAY, Georgina called us saying she not only got an offer approved at the listed price, she also got the seller to install a brand new roof and a new HVAC prior to closing! There was no discussion, we were sold!Georgina didn’t give up even when we seemed like the most annoying buyers ever and she was willing and ready to meet every odd need we seemed to have. When I saw my listing I was blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing and the second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.
