When I put myself in her hands I did so cautiously because I'm very hard to please and I do speak my mind. The most important factor was this was a very emotional move. I needed a realtor that was going to be understanding as well as honest there for me 24/7 would explain every detail along the way and have my total interest for the sale. And when I met Georgia that was my impression. I knew I was in good hands, She went through EVERYTHING before I signed with her making sure I understood (being so this was the first time on my own selling) I COULD go on and on about all her great qualities but that would be a book. Georgia is a great agent. She helped us through the whole process of readying, staging, and finally selling our home.
