When I put myself in her hands I did so cautiously because I'm very hard to please and I do speak my mind. The most important factor was this was a very emotional move. I needed a realtor that was going to be understanding as well as honest there for me 24/7 would explain every detail along the way and have my total interest for the sale. And when I met Georgia that was my impression. I knew I was in good hands, She went through EVERYTHING before I signed with her making sure I understood (being so this was the first time on my own selling) I COULD go on and on about all her great qualities but that would be a book. Georgia is a great agent. She helped us through the whole process of readying, staging, and finally selling our home. Everything happened just about exactly as she said it would, from how quickly the home sold to how much it would go for.
