Had complete knowledge of the region and was able to direct us to the area best suited to our needs. Was an expert negotiator who made our offer stand out above the others without getting into a bidding war. She was hands on during the entire escrow process and was ahead of any problems before they occurred. She is a total professional without being judgmental or condescending, yet a joy to be doing business with because of her warm personality. We will only be using her for any further real estate needs and the only agent that we will recommend.
