So Glad I went with George!!

George was wonderful working with to sell my townhome! He has a great understanding of the market and wasn't too quick to lower the price when it didn't move right away in this market because he knew the value of my home with upgrades I had done. As it was, I got an offer for asking price, which was fantastic. George also had to be more hands on with the buyer to keep things on track for closing, as the buyer's agent was not diligent in ensuring everything necessary for closing was in place. He even went above and beyond to meet the buyer for the final walk through because her agent refused to do one.
