Right from the beginning, I knew I had selected the right person to sell my townhouse. In our first meeting, George talked to me about his history in business and philosophy of dealing with people. George is easy to talk to, is straight forward and isn't afraid to work. He was honest with me from the beginning and everything we spoke about worked the way he had hoped it would. The photographer that took the pictures, the posting online and the showings were all handled professionally and if I had any questions, George or his team would answer them patiently and walk me through the process. After nearly six months of disappointment with the efforts and results of another agent, a friend recommended George who sold the house in less than six weeks! There are agents who can sell homes when the market is good and the right buyer sees the house online and buys. And then there is George, who does as good a job as any agent I have ever dealt with, who analyzes market segments and targets a communication strategy for each, "reverse prospects" positive home inquiries to reach out to those who have expressed interest, to understand and address any questions or concerns they may have. He is very good at understanding the seller's needs and requirements and insuring they are addressed. He did a great job communicating with us on the status of the selling efforts. What he is exceptionally good at is understanding the prospective buyer's needs, going out of his way to resolve potential deal stoppers. and then bringing a deal to closure. He is the best. On top of everything else, he is a genuinely nice guys with an excellent support staff. They took beautiful pictures of the house to help the online marketing. George also has "rolodex" full of contacts to help him in addressing any problems that need to be overcome to close. As an example, the Friday before closing, the HOA sent a violation letter for a 20 sq ft section of sod that needed to be replaced or without it, we could not close on time. George had that sod replaced by Monday morning at 11:00 AM and closing went on without any delays. He is the best...............you will not be disappointed if you choose him for your agent!!!! There are many agents who talk a better game than they play................George just delivers!!

George was very personable, easy to talk to and at the same time very professional. We worked with him on a new construction home and he was able to help negotiate thousands of dollars more in incentives.
