George stands out from other realtors in that he is data driven meaning he understands comparables and guides you on setting a price that is within market parameters: price is not too high or too low. George negotiates from a position of strength and based on sales data. He is not going to accept low ball offers. He balances that firm stance with market realities and has a way of communicating to a seller when market conditions merit a lower asking price or accepting a lower price.
