I bought a home in Bradenton, Florida in three weeks with a bank loan, immediately after hurricane Ian. I had just moved from Minnesota and did not know much about the Real Estate market or procedures in Florida. Luckily, George Raju was my Buyer Agent. The Purchase Contract was signed just one day before the hurricane made landfall in Florida and still, the actual Closing was done three days ahead of the agreed Closing date.
