When it came to pricing the home, George supplied many comps in the neighborhood, even paying attention to all the upgrades our home had and pricing the home accordingly. Open houses were held, that had great turn outs, on account of signage and advertising. George was easy to get a hold of, honest, and showed integrity. George Natour was all around awesome. I could call with any questions. My girlfriend didn't attend the first viewing of the house. He set up another viewing just to keep her happy. I work second shift. My breaks are at 7:18 pm, 9:45 PM, and 12:30 am I could text him at any hour and he was always relatively quick responding. I would recommend him to any of my close family or friends. Scale of 1-10, hands down a 10. Very personable. It was my first time buying and he told me what to expect each step of the way. I was looking into getting a home loan from chase bank in Lexington. The loan guy told me George was a full time realtor with a very flexible schedule. He was 100% correct Very smooth and stress free.
