George "Mick" Groom

We really had zero idea what we were in for. We had been looking at a house on Zillow and selected to have an agent contact us. I was resistant to the thought, but the moment I spoke with Mick I knew he was the person for us! He was patient, personable, empathetic, and an advocate throughout the entire process! Mick is no longer just our broker/agent he is our dear friend. The sale process was amazingly seamless! And when things hit a bump in the road for us personally, Mick was ready to help us in anyway shape or form. I echo what I have said in my previous comments. Mick really adapted to all our needs in a way that made us feel like we were his only clients. Beyond that he cared like we were his own family.

We don't know what to say other than Mick was great from the first meeting to the day of closing. He is very easy to work with, is extremely laid back, and just the right amount of professional that isnt overwhelming and we will be recommending him in the future.
