He negotiated the close date we wanted and got our buyers to pay all closing costs! He guided us through every part of the process and made it so easy. When it came time to build our new house he helped us through every step of the process. He even made regular site visits on his own and made us aware of things we never would have caught on our own. He has construction knowledge that made a huge difference. When we had to bring up things we were unhappy with to the builder, he made himself the middle man and had the hard talks.
