Because of the hot real estate market in Colorado Springs, we decided to list our house as for sale by owner. After two weeks without an offer from a buyer, we decided to list with a real estate agent. We had been approached by many agents, but George's professionalism and work ethic stood out from the others. George and his team went to work immediately and within five days we had a good contract. George responded quickly to all of the issues that came up. We will continue to recommend him to friends and family.
