Hello anyone out there I’m writing this for George Crawford. It is now April 2018 my previous review of George was in 2014. Like an old wine he’s gotten better with time. He helped me buy the house which was fantastic but the selling of the house was amazing. George is not only realtor but previously he was a contractor so knows how to fix up and present a house to sell quickly. We put my house on the market on Saturday the highest price ever in the neighborhood. That day we got 13 offers then around nine in the evening we got a cash offer for about $6000 over my asking price and we closed nine days later. I cannot tell you the blessing this was for my wife and myself. Thank you George for all of your help. 2014 Review I found George by chance while working in Japan. I was just looking at house on the internet and click a button of a home he was showing. He directly contacted me. From the beginning to the end he was there to help with the mortgage prep, sending me listing of ALL houses in my interested areas and price range on the MLS, not just things from his office. He would go to the properties for me and check them out and then write me his thoughts. Then after we narrowed things down though his hard work I flew to Orlando and we spent 3 days driving around looking at the houses that I was interested in. It all paid off when I found the one for me. With George's knowledge off the market I bought the home with confidence. I am a proud new owner. George was a pleasant to work with, polite, accessible, and extremely prompt in answering emails and phone calls. Thanks George.
