George sold my house in Mar Vista last year, and I think he did a good job. In particular, he understood my concert that the tenant not be forced to move immediately, and made it happen that way. He tells me that he got out of the property management business. Good. Since he cut back the size of his whole operation, and off-loaded the property management on an outside company, the quality of the property management went down. But that should be over now.
