George is, without a doubt, the best realtor I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and truly cares about his customers. At one point, he expressed why putting my property on the market during a certain time was not the best route even though it meant he would lose commission. Okay so when we 1st met about putting our Home on the market we spent a lot of time on a asking price and and a schedule on when the house will be ready for the open house and we did a walk thru and we spoke about what needed to be done!
