During our first meeting it was evident he had done his research, on the current market in my surrounding neighborhood and on my particular property. He had also looked at asking price for my property from several different perspectives to arrive at a suggested asking price. In addition to pricing suggestions, getting my property ready to show and list, he also had a plan for marketing and showing my property. He had truly thought about all aspects of the sale from start to finish. I also made it a bit more difficult because I relocated to another state earlier than expected and couldn’t fit several items on the moving truck. George helped find homes for some of the items and saw to it that nail holes were patched and walls painted and found a cleaning crew.
