George was instrumental in getting us through the process of selling our home. He is an excellent communicator and gave us precise instructions on what we needed to do from start through closing. Because of his level of expertise and guidance, the process went smoothly. Within two days of our house being on the market, it went under contract and we closed within twenty-three days. You have to listen to him and have faith because he knows exactly what he is doing. He is one of the best in contract negotiations. Without going into details, we were very pleased with the outcome when we sold our home.
