Geoffrey helped the reviewer sell this property

Easy going, always accessible and respectful of your place and time..and a problem solver with cool.

Unusual circumstances like ours meant we had some new territory to learn, and Geoff was up to the task. I had inherited a house from my ex that he hired Geoff to sell while he was gravely ill and passed away before the sale. Both of us had to negotiate closing the deal with last minute requirements in a small town with limited resources. You find out what people are made of in trying times and Geoff was so professional and dealt with people so I didnt have to and kept his cool while doing it. Impressive.
