We were faced with the need to prepare and sell a house as part of an estate of a departed family member. We do not live in the area or state in which the property was located. He assisted with removing property from the house, interfacing with repair companies, cleaning out the items to be thrown out, and offering recommendations for improving the property. Geoff did a great job in selling my home. He was very responsive and handled any issues that came up. Only issue was a snag with the appraisal which was held up by the individual performing the appraisal. Geoff worked with the seller's agent to get it resolved.
