Geoff Leighly

Geoff was recommended to me by a coworker, who also happened to be my mortgage consultant. As a first time homebuyer I had an "idea" of how the process would go, but I'm glad we had Geoff to guide us through from start to finish! He was always available whenever myself/my wife had a question (via various delivery methods) and was able to get me an answer typically within minutes...even on the weekends! He's punctual, trustworthy, and always respectful of your time - he also negotiated a brand new fridge into our deal with the developer. We did run into a couple of bumps along the way (our own fault) but Geoff calmly advised us on the resolution steps needed and not only did our closing go as planned, it got bumped up a few days! Geoff is a class act and I would recommend him to anyone! He's a true professional who always does what's best for his client. He goes above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations. Geoff was an excellent Realtor for me to utilize. He did all the work with a list of houses I would find to help filter one out that would not work due to flood zones, previous issues. He had answers to all questions I had as a first time home buyer and was always available via text, phone or emails. His hours made looking at houses at any time great and he was happy to do anything he could to see houses ASAP. I would highly, highly recommend Geoff Leighly.
