Geoff is a stellar realtor! I know him since 2005 when we first met at an open house in Santa Clara. He indeed demonstrates both care and passion irrespective of whether you're a buyer or a seller. My experience as a Buyer - Geoff helped me, in 2009 summer, in buying my first home in Campbell, he not only made the process easy and transparent, but also helped in negotiating the final price with the builder to a level where I could buy with confidence and smile (as a first time buyer, in my limited budget). My experience as a Seller - In 2018 summer, Geoff helped me selling my house. He conducted extensive market research and positioned home at the right price. He suggested to me right counter offers to get to a price where as a seller I got the expected-price and felt cared. He ensured that my family needs get addressed by putting together a right roadmap so that I can move in kids summer vacation, stage, and sell before schools begin. Geoff also helped personally in grooming and staging home, recommending right contractors at a reasonable cost to paint and stage. He went above and beyond to ensure that sell goes painless by personally attending buyers during open houses, marketing our like -new home and its features, putting factual disclosures, working with buyer's agent, helping buyer's bank appraiser with right market analysis to remove contingencies, and then closing through escrow. Know it, both buying and selling can be otherwise super stressful, and as a family person and working professional I wanted to avoid stress that! Geoff made it possible. And hence, I highly recommend Geoff for both buying or selling properties. I myself sure am going to take Geoff's help to buy my next properties.
